- Comfortable walking shoes for exploring downtown DC.
- An umbrella or packable rain jacket, just in case.
Eaton DC sits in the heart of downtown, walking distance to the White House, Metro Center, and Franklin Square — with plenty of shops, restaurants, and sights nearby to explore during downtime.
Air Travel

- Book flights to arrive by early afternoon on Friday, Dec 4 to make the Welcome Party.
- DCA is the closest airport to downtown DC (about 15–20 minutes by car).
- As in previous years, we have a travel budget that doesn't include seats — please provide your credit card to the team to pay for any upgrades and seat selections.
Seats must be purchased by October 15th.

Immersive Gamebox
Get ready to level up your teamwork skills at our upcoming Team Building Event at Immersive Gamebox! We'll randomly divide everyone into teams and put your communication, problem-solving, and competitive spirit to the test through two action-packed 60-minute game sessions.
Work together, think fast, and rack up points as you battle for the top spot on the leaderboard. At the end of the day, winners will earn ultimate bragging rights and be crowned our Immersive Gamebox Champions!
And don't worry, we've got everything covered. Transportation, food, and drinks will all be handled. Just bring your game face and get ready for an unforgettable afternoon of friendly competition.

We take over Wild Days, the rooftop bar atop the Eaton Hotel, for the CMC Holiday Party with sweeping views of downtown DC. Come celebrate the season together — whatever holidays you keep — and save some energy for the dance floor.

It's pretty easy to grab an Uber right from the hotel — rideshare is a great, low-effort option for getting back to DCA on departure day.
